Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed by 12PM GMT will ship within approximately 24 hours.
- For customers within GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman), we provide free shipping on qualifying orders. For other international destinations shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re working hard to make it happen soon!
- For GCC shipments (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), delivery takes 1-5 business days, while Kuwait may require up to 8 business days. (excluding weekends and/or holidays) for delivery.
- We can only ship to one address per order.
- Please note that all shipping times are estimated and depend on local postal services. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method at checkout.
- Any additional fees or charges incurred due to the real-time customs policies of specific countries or regions are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by ESChic.
